Bids for construction using a Cost-Plus form of Agreement must be submitted via the Bid Administration Website portal or received via mail or direct delivery to the Issuing Office by May 2nd by 1:30 p.m. PST. At that time the Bids will be opened and reviewed. Results will be posted no later than May 5th.

Registration and Submission of Qualifications

All prospective Bidders are required to register through the designated website and submit their qualifications (C-451 Qualifications Form).  Upon submission of a Qualifications Form, those Prospective Bidders determined by the Issuing Office to meet minimum qualifications shall be registered as Plan Holders.

Coquille Tribal Member-owned, Indian-owned, and local contractors that wish to be considered for subcontractor biding opportunities are also invited to register on the project website. 

Plan Holders wishing to submit bids as a General Contractor, and upon determination of the Issuing Office to meet minimum qualifications, will be issued a link via e-mail to download a complete set of the Bidding Documents. Registered plan holders will receive Addenda issued by Owner.
